Low-fat food list #
Here are some of my favorite low-fat foods that I continued to eat after finishing the strict protocol:
- Any fruit - fresh, canned, or frozen
- Trader Joe’s non-fat greek yogurt (fat free)
- Trader Joe’s Vanilla Meringues (fat free)
- Trader Joe’s Dried Orange Slices (fat free)
- Rice crackers (check fat content!)
- Salsa (fat free)
- Biltong (4g)
